Bakersfield's Neapolitan pizza is a flavor explosion! Just across the street, that Italian joint serves up slices that are dreamy. Plus, the King Studio Suite was super clean, spacious, and made our stay enjoyable!
We rolled in at night, and the smoky air wasn't the most inviting. The breakfast was a letdown, too, with empty trays and a staff that seemed indifferent—it took ages to restock the bread. Still, the room vibes made up for it.

Our room swap was fine, but rude reception made check-in frustrating.

Friendly and attentive staff made check-in easy.
My stay was marred by a clogged toilet that took far too long to address, due to apparent staffing issues. I was frustrated when the front desk offered me a plunger to fix it myself instead of sending assistance promptly. Additionally, the lack of cleanliness in public areas was concerning, indicating potential management oversights.

missingWrote a review on 25 Octbreakfast timing
Breakfast ended at 9:00 AM, leaving little room to snooze in the morning—a rookie move for a hotel. The sliding bathroom door lacked a lock, reducing privacy for families. I also had trouble with a poorly stocked breakfast buffet that caused long waits for items to be refilled, making it a bit of a hassle to grab a bite before heading out.

The stay was nice for a quick family trip, and having a kitchenette in the Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds was a huge plus! The room was spacious and very clean, which made it feel more like a home. It was great to find a Trader Joe's just a short drive away to stock up on supplies. The breakfast offered a good variety, making mornings easier for us.

The King Suite was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Check-in was easy, and I appreciated the ongoing text communication with the service desk, which was helpful.
